Paragon Program Management was founded by Julien Calafato, an industrial engineer with more than ten years of experience delivering complex programs in manufacturing environments across France and Switzerland, now serving clients in the Northeast US.
Julien has led full plant relocations, production line transfers and the construction of new industrial sites, consistently with zero production delay. He has worked both sides of the table: as a consultant for industrial clients, and as an operations leader managing a team of 25, an annual budget of CHF 3.5M and CAPEX programs.
That combination is what Paragon brings to every client: the structure and discipline of a program manager, and the practical judgment of someone who has done the work on the shop floor.
